Rom 15:19 Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of
God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully
preached the gospel of Christ.

Rom 15:20 Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was
named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation:

Rom 15:21 But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see:
and they that have not heard shall understand.

It is those who doubt the gospel was already "confirmed" by signs and
wonders (Hebrews 2:3-4; John 20:30-31), who will not believe the
testimony of Scripture without them (John 20:24-29), like the evil
generation Jesus condemned (Matthew 12:39, Mark 8:12, Luke 11:29).

Meanwhile, here are 15 Bible evidences that confirming signs and wonders
ceased after the gospel was already confirmed by them:

If you believed God does the supernatural, you wouldn't seek signs and
wonders to prove what He has already confirmed (Matthew 12:39; Mark
8:12; Luke 11:29; Hebrews 2:3-4; John 20:30-31; John 20:24-29; Hebrews
2:3-4). We're supposed to believe now on the basis of the "confirmed"
testimony we have in Scripture, walking by faith, not sight (John
20:30-31; Hebrews 2:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:7)

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (†), and God
raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death
penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, ESV)
